These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the legal parameters for your access to and utilization of the Vedic AI application, its underlying computational infrastructure, and our proprietary artificial intelligence reasoning models (collectively, the “Network” or “Services”).
By establishing an authentication session and invoking our compute pipelines, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept these architectural boundaries, you must disconnect from the Network immediately.
1. Algorithmic Outcomes & Boundary Conditions
Vedic AI deploys observatory-grade celestial ephemerides and high-dimensional AI reasoning to synthesize astrological insights (Jyotish). However, all users must acknowledge the fundamental boundaries of statistical and heuristic AI processing:
Heuristic Interpretation: The mathematical coordinates we generate are precise, but the AI-driven astrological interpretations are probabilistic and heuristic mapping of ancient texts.
Zero Professional Liability: The outputs generated by our inference nodes do not—under any circumstances—constitute regulated medical diagnoses, psychiatric counsel, formal legal guidance, or certified financial advice. The Network operates as an exploratory, high-precision astrological intelligence tool. We assume zero liability for life decisions engineered based on model outputs.
2. Compute Allocation & Inference Credits
Operating advanced multi-model inference pipelines (especially computer-vision extraction via topological face/palm scans) requires immense server computation. Access to the network is measured and metered.
- Inference Credits: The Network utilizes a tokenized system to distribute server bandwidth. Deep astrological extraction queries consume Compute Credits based on model complexity.
- Acquisition: Credits are acquired via secure payment gateways (Google Play Billing or App Store). They represent localized right-to-compute allocations.
- Valuation: Compute Credits possess zero extrinsic monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or traded outside the Vedic AI ecosystem.
3. Intellectual Property Sovereignty
The fundamental architecture of the Network is severely protected.
Your Rights: You own the specific astrological reports, chat transcripts, and insights generated directly for your account, subject to these terms.
Our Sovereignty: We retain absolute, exclusive ownership over the Vedic AI codebase, the multi-engine synthesis workflows, our UI/UX paradigms, and our proprietary system prompts.
Strict Prohibitions: You are explicitly prohibited from engaging in adversarial actions against the Network. This includes, but is not limited to: Attempting prompt injection, jailbreaking the AI context window, executing automated scraping protocols, reverse-engineering the underlying inference logic, or employing the models to train competing architectures.
4. User Content & Payload Moderation
To maintain the integrity of the Network, all inbound payloads (chat queries and biometric uploads) must strictly adhere to operational parameters.
You agree not to transmit execution payloads that are illegal, sexually explicit, highly abusive, or intended to cause system degradation. Our automated safety layer monitors payloads for abuse. Detecting malicious intent, API harvesting, or harassment of the AI instances will result in immediate, permanent severing of your authentication tokens without refund.
5. Service Adjustments & Telemetry
As a live AI research and deployment environment, the Network is in a state of continuous iteration. We reserve the right to recalibrate compute logic, update model endpoints, or modify the user interface at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Algorithmic Liability
To the absolute maximum extent authorized by law, Vedic AI, its engineers, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profits, emotional distress, or loss of digital data—resulting from your interaction with our autonomous systems or the reliance on generated astrological outcomes.
