1. Digital Inference Quotas (Compute Allocations)
Vedic AI operates advanced multi-model artificial intelligence nodes. Executing high-dimensional astrological synthesis—such as topological face reading, palmistry extraction, or deep Dasha calculations—consumes immense server bandwidth and active GPU compute power.
To regulate server load, access to these deep inference pipelines is managed via temporary digital “Inference Credits.”
Because running an AI pipeline instantly burns irreversible cloud compute resources upon execution, purchases of Inference Credits are explicitly non-refundable once the computation has been initiated or the credits have been applied to your ledger, except where strictly mandated by regional consumer protection legislation.
2. Compute Subscriptions
Should we introduce recurring access to our execution pipelines (Premium Subscriptions), these are managed and localized strictly through the centralized billing infrastructure of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- You maintain ultimate sovereignty over your subscription and may cancel recurring compute allocations at any time via your device's OS settings.
- Cancellations halt the next billing cycle. You maintain full access to the AI network until the conclusion of the current paid timeline.
- We do not calculate or issue partial, pro-rated refunds for unused inference days within an active cycle.
3. Ecosystem Dispute Resolution
Vedic AI does not directly capture, store, or process your credit card primitives. All payload transactions are cryptographically secured and processed by the Google Play or Apple App Store payment nodes. Consequently, we lack the technical jurisdiction to manually force refunds.
For valid refund appeals, you must interface directly with the store ecosystem:
- For Google Play: Navigate to play.google.com, access your order history, and execute a “Report a problem” directive on the specific Vedic AI transaction.
- For Apple App Store: Navigate to reportaproblem.apple.com and file a formal request attached to your Apple ID.
4. Backend Pipeline Anomalies
If a catastrophic backend server anomaly or system crash causes your account to burn Inference Credits without successfully returning the compiled astrological output, we take that seriously.
Please contact our engineering team via support@vedicai.co.in. Provide your exact telemetry (User Token / Time of Crash). We will investigate the backend execution logs. If a pipeline failure is verified on our end, we will manually inject restorative credits into your network node.
